Refund Policy (English)
No Refund Principle All fees paid to the School are strictly non‑refundable, non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and non‑saleable under any circumstances.
Programme Duration The normative study period for the entire programme is twelve (12) months. Payment obligations remain binding regardless of the student’s completion status.
Withdrawal After Commencement Once the programme has commenced (as defined by the date stated in the official Letter of Admission), any withdrawal by the student shall not entitle the student to any refund of fees already paid.
Premature Cessation In the event of premature cessation of the programme, including but not limited to cancellation of modules, the fees collected in respect of such modules shall not be refunded.
Deferment of Studies Fees paid shall not be refunded in the case of deferment. Approved deferments may allow fees to be carried forward, subject to the School’s approval and payment of applicable deferral charges.
Non‑Completion or Expulsion Students who fail to complete the programme, or who are expelled due to disciplinary or academic reasons, shall not be entitled to any refund of fees.
Force Majeure In circumstances beyond the control of the School (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government directives), the School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme. No refund of fees shall be made in such cases.
Acknowledgement of Policy By enrolling in the programme, the student acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy in full, without exception.
退款政策 (繁體中文)
不退款原則 所有繳交予本校之費用,於任何情況下均不得退還、轉讓、兌換或出售。
課程期限 整個課程之標準修讀期為十二 (12) 個月。無論學生是否完成課程,繳費義務均具約束力。
開課後退學 一旦課程開始(以錄取通知書所載日期為準),學生若選擇退學,已繳費用概不退還。
課程提前終止 如課程提前終止,包括但不限於模組取消,已收取之相關費用概不退還。
延遲修讀 延遲修讀情況下,已繳費用概不退還。經批准之延遲修讀可將費用順延,但須經本校同意並繳付相關延遲費用。
未完成或被開除 學生未能完成課程,或因紀律或學術原因被開除者,均不得要求退還任何費用。
不可抗力 因本校無法控制之情況(包括但不限於天災、公共衛生事件或政府指令),本校有權修改、暫停或終止課程,費用概不退還。
政策確認 學生報讀課程即表示完全知悉並接受本退款政策,無任何例外。
