Subject to payment of the tuition fees and verification of my details¸ prior qualifications and/or experience¸ I hereby acknowledge that I have read and/or have had the programme details explained to me and that I am enrolling into the programme fully understanding its contents and the qualifications that I will achieve upon successful completion of the programme. I understand and agree that UK Education Limited and where applicable¸ the programme providers¸ reserve the right to make changes to members of its staff and faculty and to modify policies¸ regulations¸ curricula¸ courses¸ tuition fees or any other aspects of the programme deemed to be in the best interest of UK Education Limited and its students at any time. UK Education Limited¸ or where applicable¸ the programme providers will notify me of the intended commencement date of the programme as soon as reasonably practicable and I undertake to complete the programme within the stipulated completion date.
I agree to abide by UK Education Limited’s regulations and by the terms of the Enrolment Agreement contained in this application. I certify that all information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and I agree that comission or falsification of information or documentation provided pursuant to this application will be considered sufficient reason to reject this application or dismiss me from the programme. I also understand that the provider and/or University of the Programme, (i.e. Qualifi Group Ltd and the Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Derby and the University of Dundee and the University of Northampton and the University of Central Lancashire) reserve their rights to vary the study mode, requirements of attendance, assessments and all areas related to the programme during the period of study. The information provided by UK Education Limited is for reference only. Upon application and acceptance of offer, I am deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of study as provided by the provider and/or University for the programme.
Terms and Conditions Acceptance
To protect your interest. You must read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this university application services agreement ("Agreement") before using any of our services provided by UK Education Limited (UK Education) and/or registering to be a UK Education member or client ("Client"). Upon registering as a Client, you are entitled to university application services. All fees must be paid in full regardless of whether the Client ceases to use the service, places their application on hold or resigned from the service.
The university application services will commence on the date of this Agreement
The university application services will terminate when:
I. The term of this Agreement expires or
II. Client writes to UK Education to terminate these Services (the services are non- refundable and nonexchangeable and non-saleable)
When the university application terminate or finished. The term of this Agreement will terminate at the same time. The university application services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-saleable. Any and all date credits included in these university application services will expire immediately upon the termination of these university application services. and are non-refundable. non-exchangeable and non-salable.
Privacy Policy
Collection of information: We collect personally identifiable information. like names. postal addresses. email addresses etc… when voluntarily submitted by Clients. This information is used to fulfill Client's specific request and/or to provide the university application services. As well as to receive marketing and/or promotional messages from us.
Confirmation
I confirm my understanding of all terms and conditions as stipulated in this Agreement, and by signing I represent that I have read, understand and agreed to be bound by the foregoing terms & condition.
